The $99 rate is offered for three days before and after the conference. Every suite includes a full kitchen. Call 703-524-4000 as soon as
possible to ensure the room rate  and ask for the Society for Women and the Civil War group rate. Onsite parking: $10/day.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Note – Hot breakfast buffet is included in the hotel room rate. Breakfast is not included in conference fee.

DEADLINES – Mailed registrations: postmark by July 1st. Internet/email (Paypal) registrations: transmit by July 15th.
Walk-ins may register onsite. If you register after July 1st, you may not receive a notebook.

LATE FEES $25 per person surcharge will apply to registrations postmarked or emailed after July 1st.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Substitutions are welcomed anytime. Refunds for cancelled registrations are based on date cancellation is postmarked or emailed:
Before June 26: full refund less 20% service fee.
June 26-July17: 50% refund.
After July17: no refund.
Refunds are paid 45 days after the conference.
